We currently have an opening in our Portland Office for a Senior Account Executive who is looking to lend their strategic thinking and creative savvy to our projects and is interested in expanding our client base. The ideal candidate is an exceptional networker who has a passion for branding and marketing strategies, creative work, online and offline promotions, web technologies, and experience with keeping high-profile clients happy.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;YOU HAVE&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; Minimum 5+ years of experience at a creative, advertising and/or interactive company as an account supervisor or new business development&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; An eye for all things creative, and an ability to advocate for the value of creative work to clients&lt;br /&gt;
. A proven ability to think strategically and advise clients on best marketing/advertising practices&lt;br /&gt;
. Stellar networking and interpersonal skills&lt;br /&gt;
. An ability to build strong relationships with clients and potential clients&lt;br /&gt;
. A genuine passion for creative ideas and killer execution&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; Strong writing and communication skills&lt;br /&gt;
. Solid negotiation skills&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; Experience building and tracking budgets and schedules&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; The ability to identify risks and budget issues before they become issues&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; The ability to manage deliverables and communicate effectively with team members&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; A good understanding of the life-cycle of creative projects (print and interactive)&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; A background in advertising, web and print marketing&lt;br /&gt;
. Experience participating in new business pitches &lt;br /&gt;
&#183; Comfortable with web-based and project management tools for day-to-day process and communication&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; Knowledge of common front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks and platforms&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; Knowledge of project management principles, processes and software&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; An entrepreneurial attitude (does not like to be micro-managed)&lt;br /&gt;
. Knows how to prioritize and does well under pressure&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; Strong attention to detail and love for all things organizational&lt;br /&gt;
&#183; Team spirit - 'that's not my job' is not part of your vocabulary&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
This position is for our Portland office and will require daily on-site attendance, regular in-person client meetings and occasional travel to our Salt Lake office for both client and company related meetings and events.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
