With the client's direction, we looked to various financial documents, stock certificates and paper currency for inspiration. Instead of garnishing the business suite with complex ornate engravings, we chose to simplify with a flood of a custom mixed ink for a solid background. The full Actium logo lives on the back of the business card, while the front uses only the embossed mark. To top it off, the security strip references the genuine nature of the card, which only a fool would try to counterfeit.
